Question by vulpix_grant: Suzuki Boulevard Lockable Saddlebags?
Had a GIVI luggage rack on my Suzuki Sportsbike that worked out great. But I upgraded to a Suzuki Boulevard C-109RT Touring Motorcycle. The expensive stock saddlebags that came with it are very large, hold a lot of cargo, but can’t be locked.
Since I am planning a couple pretty long overnight trips with it soon, I would like to at least find and price some saddlebags that can be locked either with a pad lock setup or built in lock set like on a HD Hard Bags.
Already looked at the Corbin’s, and they are a bit out of my price range… Over $ 1,200!

Looks like leather, but they are plastic hard cases, lockable. $ 490, but they lasts. Mine is a Savage, got mine cases in 2004, still look good.

Leather Saddlebags Features:
- Item: SD2056
- Brand: Jafrum
- Color: Black
- Material: Cowhide Leather with rubber lamination inside
- Width: 16 inches
- Height: 11 inches
- Depth: 6 inches
- Waterproof: Yes
These leather saddlebags are made from split leather which is the thick under part of the top grain leather. Great for couple of years of use. Not Water Proof but Water Resistant. We recommend you using some waterproofing leather cream.
No need for any mounting hardware or support brackets. Just put under passenger seat over the rear fender and tie-down to the motorcycle frame using the attached leather tie-downs on each bag. You can easily choose how high or low you want to hang the bags by adjusting the center strap. These are designed not to flop around in the wind or get into the rear wheel and also to give adequate leg space for the passenger. Each bag is treated for water resistant (not water proof).
This will look good and will fit most of the Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, BMW motorcycles.

Question by UNKNOWN: i need saddlebags for my motorcycle?
can you guys suggest a company that offers good motorcycle saddlebags
Thanks guys but please do not even Mention Leatherup.com or aleather.com ( same company), They just ripped me off for $ 100. Extremely Horrible quality, no mounting hardware, no instructions, their staff does not even know what are the saddlebags for let alone they would help me with fitment questions. Look at the other guys who have been ripped of by them. One guy got so pissed of at their saddlebags that he started a whole web page to retaliate. Here is the link.

I love my Harley Road Glide V Twin. It makes a nice commuter in San Diego. My all time favorite so far. Cant beat having a radio while riding. The hard bags hold an ice chest and tools along with needed papers for work. It is still easy enough to ride in traffic and through the windy mountains. My floor boards are almost ground all the way off from dragging in the corners.
I also own many old Yamaha 2 stroke enduros (1971-1975) for cruising the streets on the weekends with friends.
My step dad had a Boss Hoss years ago. It was a cool looking bike, but that was it. It sucked to ride.
I owned a Triumph Tiger about 8 years ago. It was fun to ride, but not compared to my old Fat Boy. The Triple picked up quick, but the bike was a bit to tall for me…..scary riding wheelies.
I have owned a few sport bikes when I was younger, but now I stay off them.
